Glowabell Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. 

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Glowabell is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can follow your package in real time through the carrier’s website.   

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to Glowabell Support within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, email photos so we can assist quickly.
